Yannis currently heads the Atria Group, which includes Atria Property Services S.A. and Axies S.A. the CBRE affiliates for Greece and Cyprus. Yannis is in charge of a 50-member team of professionals that provide services in all real estate sectors and that secure the smooth and effective provision of service by CBRE in this part of the world. Yannis has headed Atria since 1993 – during this period the group through its advisory teams has become the leader in Greece in the provision of real estate advisory services and occasionally participates in selected clients’ projects through various holding structures. The Group has usually participated in pioneering projects and has led the Greek property advisory sector in new fields of activity.
Before Atria, Yannis was working for three years as an analyst and associate in Lambert Smith Hampton Hellas and prior to that as a marketing associate in Civic Developments S.A. Before his graduate studies, Yannis spent a year as a real estate analyst in Delphinance Development Corporation in Dallas Texas.
Yannis has an MSc in Real Estate Development & Investment degree from New York University and has a BA degree in Economics from Tufts University, Boston. He is member of the Advisory Board of ULI (Urban Land Institute) in Greece and Member of the Greek committee of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres)
