Aliki Skandara is a senior real estate consultant with working experience dating back to 2004. She has focused in the Greek and EMEA markets and her areas of expertise includes property valuations, market research, contract negotiations, disposal and loan financing and development appraisals.
Aliki holds a BSc in Finance from the American College of Greece and a MSc in Real Estate from Reading University. She is also an RICS member (MRICS) since 2014. She began her career as a Valuation Analyst in Lambert Smith Hampton – AXIES S.A. Since then Aliki has worked as Senior Valuer and Head of Valuations Team in multinational companies as Cushman & Wakefield, Binswager and Colliers Hellas. During these years she has leaded, participated and completed projects for clients including National Bank of Greece, Elbit Cohin Island (Hellinikon Project), HCP, Bluehouse, Mondelez International, Oaktree, Chandris Group, MJ Properties, Mitsis Hotels, Zoniro, Nestle, BOSCH, Lokros and the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF).
Aliki is currently responsible of the Atres residential services department managing all residential domestic and international requirements in Greece. The department focuses on high end residential and resort properties throughout Greece and will expand gradually its activities to include the Cypriot market.
