Nassos is the General Manager of CBRE Atria in Athens with responsibilities in the areas of Finance, Advisory Services and Property and Facility Management.
Nassos has more than 25 years of financial experience combining diverse backgrounds including includes complex asset-related financial derivatives and traditional asset finance in sectors such as shipping and property.
He has participated in a number of advisory projects requiring extensive modeling and structuring.
His recent projects have included the role of financial advisor to the Hellenic Public Real Estate Corporation (KED) for the central government accommodation program, the disposal of a specialized industrial property in Piraeus (2012), development advice for a sizable urban site.
Prior to joining CBRE Atria’s predecessor in 2001, Nassos worked in shipping in Greece (1995-2001), and for Merrill Lynch Mortgage-Backed Securities division in New York (1987-1993).
Nassos holds an MBA degree in finance from Stern School (NYU) and a BA from Columbia University.
